Today is day 19 of the partial government shutdown. After House Speaker Nancy Pelosi called a border wall “an immorality,” Senate Republican leader Mitch McConnell said “Wall and barriers are not immoral.” Sources say President Trump and Vice President Pence will attend today’s conference lunch with Senate Republicans. A source says the President will be describing more fully the message from his Tuesday night address to the nation on border security.
