The Indiana Court of Appeals has rejected the arguments and affirmed the convictions of Danny Lee Saintignon Jr. The Muncie man was found guilty in the 2009 murder of Monica “Nikki” Brown and sentenced to 137 years to the Indiana Department of Corrections.
