Accused Of Threatening To Burn Down His House

She is accused of threatening to burn down her estranged husband’s home. 50-year-old Julie Michelle Owens is charged with intimidation and invasion of privacy, after violating her protective order and showing up outside his house and confronted his female visitor. The New Castle woman has since posted bond.
