Authorities in Kokomo are looking for a stolen Buick after one man was shot and killed and another was shot in the face. When officers arrived, they found 50-year-old Keith Jewell, of Kokomo, dead from a single gunshot wound. Minutes later they received a call about another shooting victim. The case remains under investigation.
