A New Castle man is dead after a crash along East Indiana 38. Investigators say the brakes on 38-year-old Joshua Hinton’s motorcycle locked up causing him to lose control and stray into the path of an oncoming truck. Hinton died while enroute to the hospital. The driver of the truck was not injured.
