Judge Rules Pigs Cannot Be Kept In City Limits
A judge has ruled that a woman cannot keep her three miniature pigs within the Anderson city limits. The judge rejected the woman’s appeal of a 2017 decision by the Anderson Board of Zoning Appeals. Board members were concerned that a variance would “open the door” for other livestock to be kept as pets within the city limits.
