First Merchants Bank, headquartered in Muncie, has announced it will close two of its branches. According to the Star Press, the bank will shut the doors of its locations in Albany and Eaton. A spokesperson says the closings are part of the bank’s process of continually evaluating its branches. The change is effective April 12, 2019.
