There is still time to ship those presents. But if you want your items to arrive before Christmas, the U.S. Postal Service says first class mail for military members serving overseas must be postmarked today for delivery before Dec. 25. The deadline is Dec. 20 for first class mail and Priority Mail in the contiguous United States and December 22 for Priority Mail Express.
