A judge has dismissed two claims in a lawsuit filed by ex-Muncie police chief Steve Stewart. Those claims centered around breach of contract but four other claims remain in tact. Stewart contends that Mayor Dennis Tyler forced him into investigating a city employee who had spoken to the FBI about alleged criminal wrongdoing in Tyler’s administration.
