Muncie Woman Charged For Allegedly Cutting Boyfriend

A Muncie woman accused of cutting her boyfriend during an argument is facing charges. Police were called to the 2300 block of North Blaine Street after someone heard screams coming from the residence. They found 44 year old Matthew Smith outside the residence suffering from wounds in arms and chest.
