A Muncie man whose roommate reportedly made sexual advances toward him, beat the man severely. 29 year old Jason Harris was arrested Tuesday evening after the incident at a downtown apartment. The 52 year old victim is listed in stable condition at the hospital. Harris is charged with aggravated battery.
