A Muncie mother and son accused of beating, torturing and perhaps even waterboarding a man this summer, are under arrest. 50 year old Christina Reis and 20 year old Ethan Reis are charged with robbery, aggravated assault and criminal confinement. They reportedly held and attacked the 70 year old victim for stealing Xanax from their home.
