A Muncie man who police say attacked a Delaware County paramedic responding to his home, is under arrest. 44 year old Michael Horn of the 1400 block of West 13th Street was cuffed early Wednesday and charged with battery, resisting law enforcement, and public intoxication. He allegedly punched the first responder in the rib cage and chest.
