Six years behind bars could face a Hartford City man in connection with beating up a 10 year old boy. Police say 22 year old Paul Kelley of the 200 block of East Chestnut Street is charged in connection with the incident Sunday evening at the Blackford County Senior Citizen Center, 101 S. Mill St. The victim claims Kelley knocked him down and hit him twice in the forehead and three times in the mouth.
