It’s a sure sign that Christmas is on the way. Nearly 200 volunteers from the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local #481 installed the lights on Monument Circle Saturday morning. The lighting ceremony for the Circle of Lights, a 55-year Indianapolis tradition, will take place on Friday, November 24th.
