ISP Crash Reduction Effort Pays Off

The numbers are in for Indiana State Police “Project C.A.R.E”. During the Thanksgiving Holiday ‘crash and accident reduction effort’ on November 21st through the 25th, ISP made more than 5,600 enforcement stops of which 1,683 were for speeding, 91 were seat belt violations, and 51 were for OWIs.
