After more than 70 years, the old boiler in the Millcreek Civic Center is no longer heating the middle portion of the former elementary school building. And because the heating unit is likely from the 1950s, it can no longer be repaired. The town is now exploring options by taking quotes and looking into funding to replace the old boiler.
