Elwood & Tipton Take Part In Pilot Program

The cities of Elwood and Tipton are taking part in a pilot program that will focus on retaining existing business and expanding new business opportunities. The Elwood Main Street organization will partner with Ball State University’s Indiana Communities Institute to design and implement business investment strategies for their downtown.
