Republican Tony Skinner unseated Delaware County Sheriff Ray Dudley in the November 6th election. Now, the sheriff-elect has named his chief deputy. Jeff Stanley, a 19-year veteran of the sheriff’s department, will move into his new role on January 1st. Stanley is a department corporal and the midnight shift supervisor.
