Creating A New TIF District Near Ingalls

Members of the Ingalls Redevelopment Commission have voted to begin formal consideration of creating a tax increment financing district on a tract of land adjacent to Interstate 69. An Indianapolis paving company wants to locate its headquarters on the 55-acre parcel at the 214 exit.
