Craig Nichols’ Sentencing Pushed Back
The sentencing hearing for Muncie’s former building commissioner has been pushed back. The hearing for Craig Nichols had been set for Thursday, Nov. 29 in U.S. District Court in Indianapolis. Nichols, who has agreed to plead guilty to some federal criminal charges against him, will now be sentenced on January 22nd.
