As a Delaware County bridge reopens, a rail crossing in Muncie is closing. The Star Press reports Ind. 32 is set to close the morning of Monday, Nov. 5, at Kilgore Avenue at the Norfolk Southern railroad crossing in Muncie.
They hope to have it reopened next Friday. Also, Bridge 226 is set to reopen to traffic late Friday afternoon.
