A Muncie man who tortured a woman with a nail gun – and held her and two other people against their will – has been sentenced to 39 years in prison. According to the Star Press, a Delaware Circuit Court 4 jury in September found Robert Walton guilty of 11 felony charges after he and an accomplice held two women and a man in a northside building in 2016.
