Will buyers go for new houses near the new jail in Delaware County? Muncie is hoping to attract a developer to put up some new housing on city-owned property adjacent to the jail site. It’s 35 acres on the city’s far southwest side. City officials want it be rental housing…two or three bedroom houses with garages and a clubhouse.
