When someone stole a truck from United Construction Services, they texted their workers to be on the lookout. Sure enough, an employee saw it travelling on McGalliard Road and called Muncie police, who arrested 32-year-old Casey Warren, charging him with auto theft and operating a vehicle as a habitual traffic offender.
