The proposed new Delaware County Jail is fostering a tort claim from a local real estate agent. Ed Conatser says he was cheated out of sales commissions due to the manner in which county commissioners purchased the former Wilson Middle School Building. Conatser’s suit claims the county falsely challenged his professional reputation and ability to retain confidentiality because he worked with another local political faction.
