With money secured through the Community Crossings Fund, paving operations are getting underway in Muncie. The Star Press reports the stretch of West Jackson between Westview Boulevard and White River Boulevard could be started in a little less than two weeks. The city of Muncie was awarded about $770,000 in matching Community Crossings funding in 2017, Delaware County won $981,366 in 2016 and $662,880 in 2017.
