A new Veterans Affairs clinic may be coming to the northwest side of Muncie. It would take the place of the VA’s current outpatient clinic near White River Boulevard and Tillotson Avenue. The possible construction site would be near Muncie’s north side Goodwill Store. A developer is asking the Metropolitan Board of Zoning Appeals for a variance to allow for the project.
