He’s accused of ingesting heroin and crashing into numerous vehicles all while his seven-year-old daughter was a passenger in his car. 29-year-old Shawn David Burtzo of Muncie has been arrested on charges of neglect, driving while intoxicated, and leaving the scene of an accident.
