An Indianapolis man is charged in a robbery that happened during a drug deal in Muncie. 21 year old Keshawn Bess reportedly told police that he thought he was about to be robbed and that’s when he pulled a gun and pointed it two men selling him marijuana. Ultimately, he robbed the victims, say police, of about $450 in cash.
