Federal Trial Delayed For Muncie Businessman

His trial has been pushed back. Local business owner Jeffrey Burke was to appear before a U.S. District Court on November 5th, but will instead appear on March 11 of 2019. Burke is facing federal charges on allegations of bank fraud and making false statements to an agent during an FBI probe of activities by the Muncie Sanitary District.
