A crash and vehicle fire on I-69 at the 223 mile marker had both southbound lanes of I-69 blocked for hours. It happened in the construction zone at around 6pm Tuesday when a box truck pulling a car on a trailer had run off the right side of the road, over an embankment and overturned before catching fire.
