Charges Amended To Include Molestation

Charges against Dylan Tate in connection with the death of 18-month-old Harlan Haines have been amended to murder and child molesting. According to the Herald Bulletin, prosecutors say they plan to jointly try Tate and the boy’s mother, Jennifer L. Harris, together. Tate, 27, is accused of murder after taking his girlfriend’s child to the emergency room at Community Hospital on Feb. 23. Doctors say the child showed signs of severe physical abuse.
