Bench Trial Underway For Muncie Man

A Muncie man testified on Tuesday he fatally stabbed an acquaintance because that man gave meth to his younger brother. 20-year-old Jaylin E. Ammon is on trial for the August 2017 murder of 27-year-old Steven A. Cook in. In the bench trial, Delaware Circuit Court 1 Judge Marianne Vorhees will render a verdict after reading final statements from the prosecution and the defense. Ammon is facing up to 65 years in prison.
