She’s called the Beer Bandit, and now 28 year old Chanda Lou Ditmars is under arrest charged with allegedly threatening to shoot a clerk. Ditmars, of the 1700 block of East 16th Street, was also charged with intimidation and criminal trespass for an incident at the Village Pantry at 2501 South Macedonia Avenue, where Ditmars is banned.
