Anderson Complex Has New Owner; Name

An Anderson apartment complex has a new owner and a new name. Broadway Park Apartments has been sold to M2 Investments. The 105-unit complex at 2800 Crystal Street will be renamed North Pointe Commons. The new owner is a multi-family investment & management company owned by 24-year-old Taylor University graduate Mark Muselman.
