Muncie-Delaware Clean and Beautiful’s 12th annual White River Cleanup will take place Sept. 15, at Westside Park. Volunteers walk the bank removing trash, while canoes will be filled with the debris they find. Onsite registration will begin at 8 a.m. that day. The annual cleanup has been responsible for removing more than 96,000 pounds of trash from the river.
