Three dogs were found emaciated and flea infested in Randolph County and now a man and woman are charged.
Michael West and Alanna West, both 40, of the 6800 block of East Randolph County Road 700-S, face counts of cruelty to an animal. Among the dogs found at a home in Spartanburg was a brown pit bull mix with one eye partially matted shut and nails so long they were bleeding.
