Paid leave for a veteran Muncie police officer whose home was raided and searched by the FBI more than a week ago. Jess Neal is a long time drug crime investigator and has also resigned his position in the Delaware County Prosecutor’s office where he oversaw a deferral program for people charged with minor offenses. It’s unknown what the feds were looking for in his home.
