He was the target of an extensive manhunt. This morning, accused killer Brady Turner is in police custody. He was able to elude authorities for days, putting schools under modified lockdowns and setting residents nerves on edge. Turner was reportedly arrested near 7th Street and Scatterfield Road in Anderson Wednesday after leading police on a foot chase. Investigators believe the 25-year-old Turner fatally stabbed Christopher Burgess Jr. during a dispute in Muncie Monday evening.
