Police say they were intercepted on their way back to Muncie. 33-year-old Kirk Daniel Kadinger and 29-year-old Ceara Dawn Evans were arrested and charged with dealing in meth and heroin. Police say they get their drugs in Dayton, Ohio and bring it back here to sell.
