Muncie Community Schools has signed a contract with Administrator Assistance. The emergency management firm will continue to run the MCS district at a cost of nearly 60-thousand dollars a month. Ball State assumed control of the financially recovering district July 1, when it appointed a seven-member school board to replace the five-member elected board.
