A Muncie man is under arrest after police say he twice sold heroin to undercover agents. 27 year old Dominique Goodwin is charged with dealing in narcotics and possession of meth, also, unlawful possession of a firearm by a serious felon. Police say the transactions took place at a home on the 2100 block of South Pershing Drive.
