Madison County Lawsuit Transferred To Federal Jurisdiction

She says while shopping at the Anderson Lowes Home Improvement store that she was seriously injured when improperly stacked and stored pavers fell and struck her. Her case has been transferred to federal jurisdiction in Indianapolis from Madison County Circuit Court. The North Carolina-based home improvement giant requested the transfer one week ago.
