Last weekend’s rain is causing a longtime festival to change locations this weekend. The Frankton Heritage Days Festival has been moved to just west of the high school, at 799 Fourth Street. Organizers say there is no parking on the grounds, so you’ll have to take one of the shuttles provided by local churches.
