A fail for efforts to take some candidates off the November election ballots. Delaware GOP Party chair Victor Whitehead had hoped to see Jason Donati, commissioner candidate, off the ballot, and he had also alleged that County Clerk Mike King altered documents, which King denied. Donati and Independent Dave Ring hope to unseat Republican Party incumbent Shannon Henry on Nov. 6.
