BSU Bells To Honor 9/11 Victims

Today marks 17 years since the attacks on the World Trade Center and Pentagon, and the crash of a hijacked plane in Shanksville, PA…that all tolled killed nearly 3-thousand and injured more than 6-thousand others. At Ball State University, the bells in Shafer Tower will toll every 10 seconds starting at 9 a.m. to honor those who perished and lost loved ones on Sept. 11, 2001. The university encourages all students, faculty, and staff to pause and reflect on the events of that day in remembrance of those who were lost.
