Anderson YMCA & Pool Sold

The Anderson YMCA building and its attached swimming pool have been sold. YMCA of Madison County chief executive officer Mark Springer says the “Y” will lease the facility for five years from new owner, Episcopal Retirement Services of Cincinnati. Springer says the current building doesn’t fit their needs and they’re working on the next step.
