They’ll talk again about a proposed ambulance service for the city of Muncie at a Wednesday meeting but it’s not clear if a contract will be awarded then. Bids were supposed to be discussed and a contract awarded at 9am in Muncie City Hall. A city spokeswoman says, at this point, a decision has not been made.
