More than 10-million people are under storm watches and warnings in three states because of Hurricane Florence…slightly weaker at Category 2 but still packing 115-mile-an-hour winds. The storm field growing larger and shifting a bit south…and could make landfall along the southern North Carolina Coast into South Carolina. Florence is expected to stall and dump massive amounts of rain Friday and Saturday. 3-million customers could be out of power for weeks.
